Warranty & Returns Policy
We provide a 1-year warranty on all electronic parts, which covers replacement only. No refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, your item must be defective or malfunctioning under normal use within one year of purchase. The item should be in its original condition, with proof of purchase required.
To start a warranty claim, please contact us at rishabh@witblox.com. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
The warranty covers replacement only for eligible electronic parts. If approved, a replacement unit will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are not available. All warranty claims are handled through replacement only.
